1. LINE OA – A2V OTP Verification:

We will introduce OTP verification via LINE Official Account on mobile, providing another way to verify your identity directly through LINE – without relying on SMS.

Once you’ve connected your LINE Official Account to A2V, you’ll also be able to receive OTP codes directly through LINE – making the verification process smoother and easier to manage, all within an app you already use.

2. Affiliate Registration Restrictions

To comply with program policies and regulatory requirements, the following restrictions have been implemented for affiliate accounts.

• Age Requirement: Users under 18 years old or those who do not provide a date of birth will not be allowed to register as affiliates. Commission distribution will be withheld for any affiliate account registered under the age of 18, it will be automatically released when users are above 18.
• Mandatory Fields for Registration: Country code and date of birth are now required fields when registering a new affiliate account.

Please ensure all of the above fields are updated once the new version is live to ensure a smooth and complete experience.

We are pleased to announce the release of A2V App version 1.3.0 along with key system improvements. This update introduces several important changes to our policies, security protocols, and platform features. We encourage all users to review the details below to ensure continued access and compliance with the updated terms.

1. Affiliate Program Eligibility Update

As part of the updated Terms and Conditions, users under the age of 18 are no longer eligible to participate in the Affiliate Program, even if they have an active account. This policy change has been implemented to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and to uphold the integrity of our affiliate program.

Key Points:

• Users under 18 years old will be restricted from registering as affiliates.
• Existing users under 18 will no longer be eligible to earn affiliate commissions or engage in any affiliate-related activities on the platform.
• Affiliate features may be restricted for accounts that do not meet the age requirement.

2. Login Attempt Limitation

To further strengthen account security and prevent unauthorized access, we have implemented a login attempt restriction policy that applies across all our services, including AI AVATAR app and A2V system. Details as below:

• After five (5) consecutive failed login attempts, the user’s account will be automatically locked for a period of one (1) hour.
• During this time, additional login attempts will be temporarily blocked as a security precaution.

Users who are unable to access their accounts due to repeated failed attempts are encouraged to use the “Forgot Password” option available on the login screen. This will allow you to securely reset your password and regain access to your account.

3. New Password Rule for Improved Security

To strengthen account protection and align with industry standards, A2V is introducing a more secure password rule. The new rule enhances security by requiring stronger password formats for all new accounts and password resets. Details for new password requirements as below:

Your password must include:

• Be between 8 to 20 characters in length
• At least 1 letter (A–Z or a–z)
• At least 1 number (0–9)
• At least 1 special character from following: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) – _ + = { } [ ] | / : ; ” ‘ < > ? ~ ` ) .,

Note: Existing users can continue using your current passwords. We also recommend all existing users to proactively update their passwords to enhance account security and better protect your assets. However, if a password reset is required, the new password must follow the updated rule.

4. Support Payment by PayPal (Japanese users not affected)

We are pleased to announce that PayPal has been added as a supported payment method within all our services. This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to offer more flexible and convenient payment options for our users.

Users can now use PayPal to purchase new subscriptions, complete subscription renewals, and perform all standard in-app transactions securely. This update enables a more seamless and secure payment experience by allowing transactions to be processed directly through users’ PayPal accounts, adding another layer of flexibility and choice.

Please update your A2V app within the next 2–3 days to enjoy these exciting new features and a more personalized experience.

1. Enable Social Sharing

2. Profile Information Update

To support upcoming features and ensure secure withdrawals, users will be prompted to complete their profile by verifying their mobile number and providing basic personal information such as date of birth and gender.

In the new app version, you will receive a notification guiding you through the update process. Alternatively, a popup will also appear in AMS and Marketplace prompting you to update your profile.

Note:

• If you have previously verified your phone number, re-verification is not required.
• However, to enhance your account security and support upcoming features, we strongly encourage you to update your latest mobile number in the “My Account” section after the app update. For detailed instructions, please refer to: How to change my phone number.

3. Multi-Language Support

We are proud to introduce Spanish and Portuguese language options across all systems – including the App, Online Store, AMS, and Affiliate System, enhancing accessibility for our global user base.

4. Other improvements

• Unified social account login across all services: You can now use the same social login credentials across the A2V app, AMS, and Marketplace, providing a more seamless and connected user experience.
