A2V System Update Announcement
Dear DAO Members!
We are excited to announce the upcoming release of a new version 1.2.0 of A2V app, along with several important updates across our systems including AMS, Marketplace, and more. These enhancements are designed to provide a more secure, seamless, and engaging user experience.
Below are the key updates:
1. Enable Social Sharing
You can now easily share your details - such as art and walking performance - directly to your social media platforms from the A2V app. Check this article to learn more: How to share A2V details on social media
2. Profile Information Update
To support upcoming features and ensure secure withdrawals, users will be prompted to complete their profile by verifying their mobile number and providing basic personal information such as date of birth and gender.
In the new app version, you will receive a notification guiding you through the update process. Alternatively, a popup will also appear in AMS and Marketplace prompting you to update your profile.
Note:
- If you have previously verified your phone number, re-verification is not required.
- However, to enhance your account security and support upcoming features, we strongly encourage you to update your latest mobile number in the "My Account" section after the app update. For detailed instructions, please refer to: How to change my phone number.
3. Multi-Language Support
We are proud to introduce Spanish そして Portuguese language options across all systems - including the App, Online Store, AMS, and Affiliate System, enhancing accessibility for our global user base.
4. Other improvements
- Unified social account login across all services: You can now use the same social login credentials across the A2V app, AMS, and Marketplace, providing a more seamless and connected user experience.
- New Help Center space: We have consolidated all support resources into a centralized Help Center, now covering A2V app, Online Store, AMS, and Marketplace. Visit and learn more about A2V Help Center at: https://a2v-help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
