We’re excited to introduce AI AVATAR v3.11.0 - a friendlier and more personal update. In this release, you’ll find a smarter meeting scheduler, a more helpful avatar creation process and an optional way to share your information so we can make future features even better for you.

1. Friendlier Smart Scheduling Feature

Our new, clean meeting booking interface makes it super easy for your friends to set up meetings with you.

• Fast meeting schedule set up: Your friends can now create meetings with you in just a few taps.

• Instant meeting conflict warnings: Your AI assistant stays on top and keeps track of your daily schedule, ensuring your friends can only book meetings when you’re actually free. When booking a meeting, your friends will get alerted if you already have another meeting at that same time block. This prevents conflict meetings and back-and-forth meeting set-up, making scheduling easy and stress-free!

• Modify meetings option: For meetings that are already scheduled, anyone in the meeting can update the meeting information directly on Google Calendar if plans change.

2. A Better Experience of Creating Custom Avatars:

• Better customization: When making your custom avatar, you can now enter each trait separately for a faster and clearer setup. We’ll even suggest traits based on the image you upload. Pick what trait fits, skip what doesn’t as you want!
• Smoother flow: We’ve made the avatar and outfit creation process even smoother and more flexible. Now, you have more options and support for a variety of scenarios, so it’s easier than ever to create the perfect avatar for you!

3. Share Your Age and Gender Information

We’ve added a step enabling users to enter their age and gender. This update helps us tailor prompts and features, ensuring they are more relevant and appropriate for different groups of users in the upcoming version. This new step won’t impact how you use the app right now; you can keep using the app without any interruptions.

We recommend updating to AI AVATAR v3.11.0 today to enjoy these exciting new features. The update is now live.
