Affected Services : During the maintenance period, access to all services - including the Online Store, AI AVATAR app, A2V app, AMS, and Marketplace - will be temporarily unavailable.

Update Details 

1. Real-Time Not Good Words Detection in Conversation Recording
   We are introducing real-time detection of inappropriate language during customer calls. This feature supports sales representatives in maintaining compliance, and provides valuable insights into product and company standards to help ensure professional and consistent communication.

2. Enhanced Swap Features in Web3 Wallet.

We have upgraded our swap feature with real-time slippage alerts when thresholds are exceeded and clearer notifications regarding gas fee availability. These improvements ensure you have complete transparency and control throughout every transaction.

3. Card Payment Flow Enhancement

Previously, when you choose to add a new card or update an existing one in AMS or Online Store, you would enter your details in another screen. With this enhancement, you can now enter or update your card information in a refreshed, more intuitive interface - making checkout clearer, simpler, and easier than ever.
