Thank you for your continued participation in the AI AVATAR Affiliate Program.

■ Important Notice

As previously communicated via email and on our website, the affiliate reward payment cycle will going forward follow an end-of-month cutoff with payment on the 10th of the month after next.

Regarding the payment method, we had previously announced a transition to payments via Buzzencer. However, as we have been unable to confirm that all affiliates have completed their registration, and testing has not been sufficiently completed, the June 10th payment will be processed via direct bank transfer from our company, the same method used for the previous month's rewards.

The payment date for April rewards, in line with the new payment cycle, will be Tuesday, June 10, 2026. We sincerely apologize for the repeated changes to our communications and any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your continued support.

■ Eligibility for This Payment

This payment applies to those who meet either of the following conditions:

• Affiliates whose April rewards amount to ¥10,000 or more in a single month
• Affiliates whose March rewards were rolled over, and whose combined March + April rewards total ¥10,000 or more

If neither condition is met (i.e., the combined amount is less than ¥10,000), the balance will continue to roll over to the following month.

■ Bank Account Registration

Eligible recipients will be contacted separately in the near future with instructions on registering their bank account details. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
