These protective actions apply to all supported assets, including ETH, POL, USDT, SGT, SOT, and NFTs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be assured that these actions were carried out solely to <strong>secure and safeguard all assets<\/strong>. Funds remain safe, and our team has been actively working to investigate and resolve the issue since March 26, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are currently working with security experts to fully stabilize the system. Once the situation is resolved, all affected assets will be carefully reviewed and restored accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the recovery process, as completed, users will be required to create a new wallet.
