This update introduces a brand-new feature designed to help you build habits for your body-making journey — the Routine feature.

Routine is a habit-building feature that lets you register the actions you want to do every day.
AI Nobunaga will accompany you—via voice prompts and chat—to support you in continuing those actions.

💪 How Does It Help with Body-Making?
Body-making is all about consistent, small actions.
Routine helps you maintain those daily efforts by making them easy to continue:
- Keeping up with food logging and weight tracking
- Staying consistent with stretching or light workouts
- Improving daily rhythm through hydration and sleep habits
- Checking in on your daily condition
These habits will connect seamlessly with the upcoming Body-Make features scheduled for release next month, allowing you to feel even greater progress.
✨ Examples of Routines You Can Register
- Drink a glass of water after waking up
- Do 10 push-ups
- Take a photo before each meal
- Do a 1-minute stretch at night
We recommend starting with simple actions you can complete in a few minutes.

- Update the app to the latest version
- Go to the “Body-Make” tab at the bottom of the app
- Add your desired daily actions to your Routine List
- Check them off when completed
- If you’re unsure what to do, ask AI Nobunaga — he’ll guide you with “What should I do today?”
