His deep understanding of technology trends and digital transformation enables him to bridge traditional finance with cutting-edge innovations, strengthening AI AVATAR’s position as a leader in AI-driven solutions.

Mr. AKI brings an exceptional breadth of experience spanning public policy, global management consulting, and executive leadership at a publicly listed company.

McKinsey & Company. Prior to his executive role, Mr. AKI served as an Associate at McKinsey, advising Japan's largest corporations across telecommunications, energy, logistics, retail, and pharmaceuticals on growth strategy, cost optimization, and organizational restructuring.

Harvard University. Mr. AKI was selected through a highly competitive government scholarship — awarded exclusively to top 5% performers — for graduate studies in policy and strategy at Harvard University, where he deepened his expertise in international affairs and organizational leadership.

Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan. Mr. AKI began his career at METI, where he was handpicked to lead the analytical team preparing briefing materials used directly by Prime Minister Abe in his summit with President Trump. He also represented Japan as a sole delegate at OECD international conferences, presenting before delegations from 22 countries.

Mr. AKI is fluent in English (TOEFL iBT 110 / TOEIC 985) and Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 6), with six years of international experience including his tenure at Harvard.

In his role as COO, Mr. AKI will oversee day-to-day operations across the Neksai Group, reporting directly to the CEO and working in close coordination with the broader executive team to drive operational excellence and strategic execution.

Previously, Kano served as CEO of Promethee, demonstrating exceptional leadership in AI-driven technologies. He also contributed to cutting-edge research as an R&D researcher at NTT Data. Holding a PhD and Master’s in Information Science and Technology from Tokyo University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Kyoto University, his strong academic and research background reinforces his commitment to AI innovation and excellence.

Lien Mai (Miley) Pham is a business and product leader with over 15 years of experience across operations, growth, marketing, product development, and technology-enabled businesses. As Chief Corporate Planning Officer, she oversees the development and ongoing maintenance of internal systems that strengthen governance, operational visibility, and internal controls across the organization.

Miley was one of only 10 Vietnamese recipients of the Global Huygens Scholarship in 2010 and later graduated with High Honors from the University of Groningen's Master of Science program in International Economics and Business. Her career spans FX trading operations and customer services in Australia, digital marketing and growth, healthcare product ownership, and cross-functional operational leadership. Combining commercial strategy with hands-on experience in product design, customer journey optimization, marketing execution, and system development, she helps translate complex business needs into scalable products, disciplined processes, and resilient operating systems.

With 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Dai Nguyen is a seasoned technology leader specializing in AI-driven systems, full-stack development, and large-scale platform architecture. He has a proven track record of building and optimizing high-performance fintech, edtech, and AI-powered platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and system scalability.
Dai is highly skilled in web & mobile programming across multiple technologies, AI integration, and enterprise-level software development. His expertise extends to leading tech teams, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and driving digital transformation. A graduate of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, he brings a deep understanding of software engineering and AI innovation, shaping AI AVATAR’s technological future.

With over 10 years of experience in fintech, Sophia Pham is a strategic leader specializing in business analysis, software development, and process optimization. She has a strong track record of streamlining internal workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Her expertise spans software architecture, database design, and API development, with hands-on experience in Web, Mobile, Desktop, and Cloud-based platforms. A skilled project manager, Sophia is proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring seamless execution of complex systems. Her leadership in team development, coaching, and mentoring has been instrumental in building high-performing teams. At the age of 23, Ichiro Kato founded a medical device sales company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit early on. Eight years into his journey, a personal family experience led him to establish a new company specializing in system development, government-commissioned projects, and application processes.
Since 2019, Ichiro also served as a board member of a broadcasting company before stepping down in 2022. In June 2022, he was personally recruited by Tsuyoshi Tomioka (KING) to join AI AVATAR, officially becoming a partner in August 2023.
